- Assign the appropriate promotional specialist(s) for your event:

- Alternative

- Hispanic
- General Market
- Confirm events and details prior to scheduled date:
- Will also call accounts and book events and follow up with a calendar to client
- Provide all necessary items for the event such as table, ice bucket corkscrew, etc.
- Written or electronic recaps will be provided with each invoice
- POP will be provided upon request
- Purchase of product upon agency agreement
- Merchandise account
- Confirmation calls to distributor rep, supplier rep and/or account
